Moisture meters FIZEPR-SW100.10.x are designed to measure the proportion of water contained in bulk materials, including sawdust, wood chips.
The principle of operation of moisture meters is based on probing the environment with radio waves of the meter range.
The choice of such a wavelength range is due to the fact that the wavelength must exceed the size of the granules of the controlled material by an order of magnitude or more, otherwise the probing signal will be weakened and scattered on inhomogeneities.
Thus, these humidity meters can be used on wood chips, etc. materials with fraction sizes up to 5-10 cm.
