SHORT DESCRIPTION:
  • It is designed to measure the moisture content of bulk materials in bins, dispensers and on conveyors.
  • Controlled materials: crushed stone, gravel, sand, ore, sawdust and wood chips, as well as feed, grain, flour, seeds and other agricultural products.
  • The device consists of an electronic unit and a sensor.
  • The probe design is sealed, the use of stainless steel and heat-resistant dielectric ensured corrosion resistance and the possibility of installing the probe in drying units with temperatures above 200 ° C.
  • Serial moisture meter sensors are supplied in two versions, differing in the type of probe:
    • the probe is in the form of a U-shaped bracket, which is attached to the wall of the hopper using couplings;
    • The probe is in the form of a straight rod with a diameter of 14-30 mm, the ends of which are fixed on opposite walls of the hopper through the coupling holders.
